Apart from knowing your stuff which is the bare minimum, EmpowerOwl Education strives to empower young minds through not only tutoring but also through mentoring. You must be able to go the extra mile for your students and display genuine passion and care for their education. What makes us different from other tutoring agencies is that we CARE and that we offer a personalized service to each individual client-not a one size fits all! If you lack the passion and drive to want your students to not only reach their ‘target’ grades but surpass them then please do not apply. This isn’t just a job in which you can earn some extra cash on the side-this is a genuine responsibility.

If you do survive through the hiring process (it’s not that bad) then you have the potential to take up as many clients as you want. Of course, we are looking for long-term employees.
